When you communicate with us (via email, phone or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication.
Section 4 - Data Storage
Lifetide Training Ltd is hosted on the SquareSpace.com platform, providing us with the online platform and storage that allows us to tell you about our services. Your data may be stored through SquareSpace.com’s data storage, databases and any other secure locations as they may deem necessary to conduct business. Such data as they hold is retained on secure servers behind a firewall.
Section 5 - Information Commissioner Registration
Lifetide Training Ltd maintains a registration with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Section 6 - Social Media
Lifetide Training Ltd maintains a presence on several social media platforms as a way of sharing general information and advice with the general public. We do not follow our clients on social media platforms, as our relationship with clients is a professional and time limited one. Clients can post freely on their timelines, secure in the knowledge that their therapist, coach or trainer is not privy to their every professional or personal activity.
