Lifetide Training

What we ask from you

On this programme you will be encouraged to share your own experiences and expertise and apply new thinking and new behaviours. We encourage you to test and experience the change and bring what you learn back to the programme.

We ask that you bring to this course: -
·         a lively and enquiring mind
·         a willingness to share your experiences and learn from those of others
·         the desire / ability to listen and respond with compassion and respect
·         a respect for the beliefs and ideas of others even as you hold differing views

What we will provide for you

When you apply for this training Martin Weaver will call you to discuss how this course can meet your needs. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions and be sure that this is the right course for you.

If it’s felt that the course cannot meet your needs then other possibilities will be suggested.

There are no tasks to preform before the programme. However, during your interview there may be an agreement on some questions or useful exercises for you to be thinking about before the programme begins.

We limit the number of participants on our trainings to around 12 people. This means that we are able to design the training to meet your individual needs. It also means that there are many opportunities to answer questions and for everyone to engage in meaningful and engaging discussions.

There will also be trained and experienced NLP practitioners & therapists on the programme to facilitate, support and assist you as you learn and apply these new NLP skills.

After the programme ends we are happy to work with you to help you in new projects and developments. We have contacts with a wide range of NLP practitioners and coaches and can offer one to one and group support.

Assessment

This programme is certified through the International NLP Trainers Association and for certification there is a formal INLPTA Questionnaire to be completed. An integral part of the certification process is the requirement for you to complete this written questionnaire. We will offer full support and guidance during the training so that you can complete this with ease.

There will be on-going feedback throughout the length of the programme and between the three day sessions.

In addition to the questionnaire you will be asked to:

·         Provide written and verbal feedback at each session as to how you are using your NLP skills and what you are learning.

·         At the end of the programme you will be asked to present a project that describes either your journey on the NLP programme or a specific application(s) that you have worked on during the programme.

·         Other measures may be asked of you that meet your specific needs.
