Over a period of twenty years, Andy gained strategic, operational and project leadership and management experience gained through working in small, medium and large multinational, simple and complex, pharmaceutical organisations. Then he moved into outsourcing where, he was accountable for the recruitment and off-site leadership, management and 1:1 development of professionals seconded to blue-chip Healthcare Companies.
He is a Business Psychologist, an Accredited Executive Coach, Registered Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner in NLP, an Accredited Educator (a University Lecturer in both Psychology and Psychometrics) and is a Director of a small consultancy promoting success through the application of psychology to business. His passion is leadership and team development where his impact is as a catalyst for change and transformation.
