9)      Robinson Press publish the “Overcoming…” range of self-help books
concerning specific difficulties (eg: Overcoming Low Self-Esteem, Overcoming Depression etc.).  Many of the writers are psychologists whose writing is informed by cognitive behavioural therapy.  The books give a flavour of the approach in practice.
