Lifetide Training

Clients

One of my clients Jaci Stephen has written about some of our work in the national newspaper The Daily Mail.

Some of the comments that she makes are:

"I learned to change patterns, both behavioural and psychological, that had locked me into an unhappiness that I felt, alarmingly, returning. I truly believe you can learn to be happy - whether that be through friends, family, therapy, or, simply by sitting still, waiting and watching."

and

"I have learned to love what I have; to live in the here and now; and - and this, I think, is the secret to ultimate happiness - to learn to forgive. Myself for the mistakes I have made (largely ones in choosing the wrong men, very rarely to do with work), and others for the wrongs I perceive them to have done to me."

and

"My brilliant therapist, Martin Weaver, asked me to imagine what it would feel like not being that person holding on to the pain.
In an instant, I felt as if I was shedding skins, and I have never looked back."
